Membership

With its national representation the organisation has a membership in excess of 100 legal firms, spread across four provinces, namely Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Gauteng and Kwazulu-Natal. This has enabled the organisation to establish regional committees in these provinces.

Membership to the organisation is open to:

(i) all admitted and practising conveyancers who practice for their own account or are employed by wholly owned bona fide and accredited black legal practices; and

(ii) attorneys that specialise in property. A strong emphasis is placed on previously disadvantaged individuals.

To view a list of our partner companies - see the drop down menu (by region) or submit a membership application. Please download the membership form or contact us as per our contact details.
